These terms describe the use of Search Cells on Google and its official website. This is a pre-launch draft that must be reviewed once the operator’s information is finalized.
2. What the product does
The extension helps launch Google searches from Google Sheets. It does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of Google results or services. The extension is independent and is not an official Google product.
3. Appropriate use
Follow applicable laws and the terms of Google, Chrome, and Google Sheets. Do not use the extension to circumvent service restrictions or violate third-party rights.
4. Free and Pro
Free has daily search, batch-tab, and custom-template limits. Pro is planned at ¥490/month including tax, but is not currently sold. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment terms will be published before sales open.
5. Data
See the privacy policy. Take care when searching for confidential or personal data; query text is sent to Google Search.
6. Changes
Features and service conditions may be updated for quality, security, or external-service compatibility. Important changes will be announced on this site.
7. Disclaimer
The extension assists with research; review search results yourself before making important decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
